RAINBOW SCOUT RESERVATION, Morris, IL
About 60 miles SW of Chicago (Morris, IL), you will find the Rainbow Scout Reservation (www.rsrcamp.org, @RSRSummerCamp on Twitter). Camp, with over 40 years of experience, boast 50+ merit badges in their traditional camp program. First year program is Pathfinders, older scouts can try out the Eagle Quest program (2 days of Eagle MBs followed by 3 day off camp trek) or the Outpost program (COPE, Aqua Blue Aquatics, backcountry camping, hiking). Starting at $275. Camp favorites are the CHOCO TACOS and the Paintball course. Operated by the Rainbow Council (www.rainbowcouncil.org).

I recently attended arctic blast with my son. We were not informed that the neighbor north of the camp has issues with the Boy Scouts. He plays coyotes howling at odd hours. Also he plays a recorded voice of a child calling for help.. He is trying to lure scouts into the woods. This is child endangerment. The police the sheriff child services the DEA the FBI and homeland security should be investigating this individual over his recent in continuous actions trying to lure scouts or children into the woods.. this is a criminal offense. Terrorizing scouts or children is a criminal offense .only God knows what his true intentions are.. He must be stopped before more crimes are committed !!

He plays recorded sounds of coyotes early in the morning to terrorize the scouts and children.He plays a recorded voice of a child calling for help. He is trying to lure scouts into the woods with this recorded voice of a child calling for help. The sheriff , police, child services,FBI ,DEA and homeland security should be investigating this man's actions he is putting children into harm's by trying to lure them into the woods at night assuming that they're going to try to help somebody calling for help. Only god knows what it is true intentions are or will be. He must be stopped before more criminal actions happen!!
